• Encapsulation Glue: Dow Corning imported glue withstands temperatures from -65℃ to 338℃ with instant temperature resistance up to 350℃.
• Phosphors: Intematix phosphors provide high brightness with zero light decay, featuring excellent luminous efficiency, stability, and consistency.
• Copper Substrate: Red copper bracket with excellent conductivity, featuring internal leads for electrode connection and reliable performance.

Each batch undergoes comprehensive testing including high temperature, high humidity, cold and heat shock, and aging tests to ensure reliability and performance.

Compliant with USA Energy Star IES LM-80 Color Reference Standards for consistent color performance.

Number of reflow processes shall be less than 2 times. Cooling process to normal temperature is required between first and second soldering process.

• Static Electricity Protection: Use wrist bands or anti-static gloves when handling LEDs. Ensure all devices and equipment are properly grounded.
• Moisture Proof Packaging: Recommended for optimal storage and handling.
• Storage Conditions: Store at 30°C or less and 70% RH or less before opening. Use within one year.
• After Opening: LEDs should be soldered within 24 hours after opening the package.
